In my opinion, the world would be a better place if all women used menstrual cups. Think of all the hundreds of thousands of tampons and pads that we would save from landfills! Having a menstrual cup helps you really know your body - rather than being afraid of what's going on "down there" - at least that was my experience switching from tampons and pads. I want to empower all of you who are hesitant to try it to give it a go! It takes a bit of getting used to (just like sex, right?) but is so worth it. I suggest trying the Diva Cup first. Most of my friends and I appreciated starting with it because it is a bit more flexible than The Keeper, which I use now. The Keeper is longer lasting because it is stiffer - but that means it's not the best one to start with if you've never tried it. My Keeper paired with handmade flannel pantiliners have changed my life! I haven't purchased feminine products in 5 years. :-) You can do it too!

I tried the cup before and hated it. Granted it was comfortable but changing it out not so much.
