Am I or am I not pregnant?

Hi! So... 3 days ago I got a slight brown spotting (thought it could be implantation bleeding) got a pregnancy test today and had a very faint positive line, I am 12 DPO, and got another slight spotting. Any ideas what it could be?

i’m 15 and my boyfriend and i were messing around and he did not ejaculate at all during the day and he went to the bathroom before he rubbed his penis on my vagina. he didn’t go in but i believe he was on the opening and the clit. i’m very bloated and i have sensitive nipples, my period is supposed to come tomorrow but normally my boobs hurt before and i haven’t had any of that yet. i’m really nervous and i’m wondering , is there any chance i could be pregnant? please answer me and help. i need it.

Spotting is common, especially in early pregnancy. If you are not experiencing peroliod-like bleeding and cramping, I'd trust the pregnancy test.
