I had a dream I miscarried

..... idk how to feel. I’ve been a bit down lately the last few days and my eating has decreased because of my mood. I could see the baby in my underwear with little blood and what I would assume as tissue. But it was a tiny tiny baby that looked like it just finished forming. Went for a check up today and I had high blood pressure I’ve also had high stress/emotions the last 2 days so maybe that could also be apart.... idk mamas anybody ever felt this or had this dream?
