Did you have irregular periods with PCOS?

And what other symptoms did you have? I’m worried I may have it but I do have regular periods. Thank you in advance

I got diagnosed with PCOS in September 2019. My GYN said you only needed two of the three major symptoms to be diagnosed. Those being irregular periods, high testosterone, or ovarian cysts. I have very irregular periods so I already had that symptom. I got my blood drawn and had an ultrasound of my ovaries. My testosterone was very high but I had no cysts on my ovaries. So therefore I was diagnosed with PCOS. 
If you think you have PCOS I would definitely talk to your doctor. The earlier you get diagnosed the better.

Dark thick patches of skin on back, between my breasts, and inner thighs. Dark chin hairs. Abdominal weight gain.
