Questions

I had a IUI done on the 8/1 and supposed to take my pregnancy test tomorrow 8 /15 well lately I been having weird pain in my lower stomach and my boobs hurt but they do right before I get my period but they seem sensitive. Also my head has been hurting and I feel like any time I walk down stairs I have to hold my stomach and I had sharp pain in my back on the right side under my ribs.. I have never been pregnant but every thing I read online that I am experiencing says there a good change I'm pregnant... What do you guys think?

Update I went to the bathroom and I I wiped blood... This is also saying online it's common.. Can someone help me please
