Ladies please help, I’m so embarrassed to even ask🤦🏼‍♀️

So I’ve recently had a late miscarriage in the last 3 weeks and today I’ve received this discharge which is unusual for me... I’ve never had anything like this in the past. There’s no smell to it, everything’s normal with me other than the look of this... please help?
