There’s no scientific evidence that this works. In the very least, it could be from vitamin c. Just focus on vitamin c

You want to start eating it after ovulation. The idea is that the bromelin/bromelain is anti inflammatory (like aspirin) and increases blood flow which helps with implantation. You don’t want to eat a bunch of pineapple (or any acidic foods) during your fertile window though because it can make the ph of the cervical mucus too acidic and kill the sperm. 
So start on 2dpo. You want only fresh pineapple, no canned stuff. Cut the top and bottom off and then the green sides. Once you’re left with just the yellow fruit you should be able to cut the pineapple into 8-10 even slices. Eat an entire slice including the core every day 2dpo-12dpo and then stop. You don’t need to just eat the core as there’s bromelain in the whole thing (it’s just more concentrated in the core). 
If you are already on aspirin or other anti inflammatories or blood thinners ask your doctor about eating pineapple this way first.
