Teething baby?

My lo is 10 months old and since about last week he’s been not sleeping too well. He’s been sleeping less during the day but he won’t sleep that well at night either seems like he’s fighting sleep or just not wanting to sleep. And when he finally sleep he will wake up around an hour after he sleep and cry like he’s in pain. I’ve checked him a couple times and everything seems fine. Diaper is always clean, changed and he’s fed, I check his whole body and make sure nothing is wrong but he’ll cry for a while and when he goes back to sleep he tosses and turns a lot. He already has 7 teeth and I haven’t seen any new ones coming out so I’m just not sure if that’s the problem I don’t want him to be in any pain but I just don’t k ow what’s wrong. This only happens at night during the day he hasn’t changed very much there’s nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone is telling me he’s most likely teething but I was wondering if I should give him Tylenol to see if it helps I juts don’t want to give him that if he’s not teething. I’ve tried making a doc appt but the will only do phone appts and they will call me next week.
