No period
I got my Mirena taken out a month ago and haven’t bled since. This is abnormal because I spotted throughout the 2 years I had the IUD and I had a consistent period. I’ve missed this month but am not pregnant.
How does ovulation work without a period? Am I still able to conceive? Any tips?
