Is this my period or implantation bleeding

TMI !!! But me and my husband had sex on the day I was ovulating and I am 5 day’s past my period and I have been having cramps diarrhea and boobs are kind slightly soar but 3 days ago I went to the hospital and they told me I was not pregnant but this was the first time I had this bleeding this color my period ushually comes on with blood never this light
