How can I tell my boyfriend that’s he’s not that romantic and no money isn’t needed to be romantic. I love him and I know I need to communicate and tell him but I don’t want to offend him. He is really affectionate but not really romantic.

Sorry if this is lame. But at the end of the day. I’m a woman. I want little gestures such as a card, notes to express how much I mean to him, flowers when I’m having a bad day, planning date nights etc.
