If it’s suddenly that bad get checked immediately. If that swelling is normal for your pregnancy with my first that’s how mine looked (no preeclampsia) and it got worse for a couple days after birth then all the sudden I could see my ankle bones again.

My feet were like that starting like at 35 weeks. It was soo painful sometimes. Ended up having my baby through an emergency c-section at 37 Weeks and 5 days because i had severe preeclampsia. every time i went to the Dr my blood pressure was okay. So get checked out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

My feet have been like that too so my doctor checked my blood pressure and sent me to get an ultrasound on my leg to rule out a blood clot.
Nothing was wrong for me I guess its normal for some but definitely show your doctor

Could be and also could not be. I would get it looked as someone who had preeclampsia that looks very similar to what my feet looked like when I had preeclampsia! Swelling is normal in pregnancy but it can be a sign of high blood pressure too! Better to get checked!

Put them up above your heart - like lay on a bed with your feet up on the wall. Soak them in warm water with Epsom salt. Take magnesium. Stay hydrated. Compression socks helped me a lot too! 💕
