Bleeding not on my period

My period isn’t supposed to come for 3 more days. Wednesday, when I wiped, there was blood. I didn’t think much of it. It hasn’t stopped! It’s only when I use the bathroom. I don’t have to wear a pad or anything but when I pee there’s blood in the toilet and on the tissue, I’m not hurting or anything. There’s no clots. Just bright red blood. My tubes tied so not pregnant. Nothing like this has happened to me. I’m worried something is wrong. Does anyone know what it could be? Thanks!
