With my 3rd son I woke in the middle of the night, thinking I was having severe hunger pains. I grabbed some granola and munched on that but it didn't help. Eventually something clicked and I was like ohhhh so this is what going into labor feels like LOL. My first 2 were induced so I hadn't felt it like that before. I definitely didn't think I was contracting. Got to the hopital and was almost 8cm!!! They nurses were very surprised that I had just walked right in.

Yes I went into labor on my own and wasn’t in any pain UNTIL they broke my water at 7cm
