Haven't felt baby kick!!

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and haven't felt him kick yet.. I haven't felt anything. Everything is fine in ultrasounds so I know he's fine just haven't felt him. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day and move a lot at work, thinking that's why I haven't yet. Anyone else!??
