Tips for hair and skin care?

Having depression, it really did a number on my body. Luckily, my fiancé and I have been trying to get different forms of therapy for me to see what will work best, but the stress, anxiety, and depression put a number on my body.

My hair is brittle and dried, my skin is extremely hard to keep moisturized, and my eye lashes and eye brows have just been falling off on their own.

Now that I’m getting better, it feels like my body is having a negative reaction to it.

My hair used to be really curly now it just stays straight, my skin used to be silky now it’s cracking, and I just can’t take it anymore. Idk why my body is doing this, I need help.
