Exercise and pregnancy weight shaming on glow
I will preface this by saying that I have been fortunate to never struggle with my weight and have always had a low BMI. these articles on glow are triggering for me I wonder how many others they are coping.
Basically there is a different article suggested to me everyday on here about how to you shouldn’t gain much weight during pregnancy and to exercise. Problem is I work full time and more and don’t have the energy to work let alone exercise due to pregnancy. Not even gonna go into the constant nausea and stomach pain. However, I keep seeing these articles and I feel overwhelmed like I’m not doing enough. Anyone else have felt similar and how did you cope?
