What a epic thing to do for someone! I wish pregnancy wasn’t so hard for me, so I could help my sister. May she find epic women like you to help her threw! Thanks for sacrificing your body for others! Your the best!

You. Are. Awesome. I fought infertility twice and won. I’d love to be a surrogate after how hard it was for us to conceive and knowing that pain but I’m obviously not a good candidate. When we were trying with our first, it took 3 years of trying and 2 prior off birth control and not preventing. At one point I was facing a hysterectomy and my best friend, who is single and plans to stay that way...she also doesn’t want kids...called me one night and actually offered to be a surrogate for us. It was the most incredible and selfless thing anyone has offered to do for me. I wasn’t ready to go that route and decline for the time being but things ended up working out and I’ll still never, ever forget what she offered to do for us. I trust and love the girl but I would still be scared with her being so close to us (she’s at our house weekly) that she’d have trouble with separating herself from the parenting side of things.
