I found out today is National Black Cat Appreciation day in the US. But heck, you can appreciate them from anywhere!

Black cats are much less likely to get adopted! Idk if it’s from superstitions or just because they aren’t seen as cute compared to other patterns.

I’ve always had a black cat! Brings GOOD luck to my house ☺️. Here is a picture of Lilith - she’s an old, wise soul. She def knew I was preggers & gives me extra cuddles every night (ironic considering her namesake lol) First pet I bought as an adult & she’s still kicking ass at 14 years old! Love my black kitty!!
