I am going to the gyni today but I want to know and see if I'm the only one

I keep getting yeast and bacteria infection. Ever since I had my IUD placed in. I found out ice been getting cyst on my ovaries especially my right one. I havent gone to get an ultrasound yet which I really need to make an appointment. Anyway I'm going back to my gyni for the SAME symptoms I'm spotting I'm nauseous bloated in pain feels like I'm pregant not gonna lie. I'm thinking on removing the iud its pissing me tf off I never used to get yeast infection or bacterial infections. Am I the only one? I started spotting again and I'm in pain so I'm assuming another cyst burst. Hurts when I have sex just yeah am I the only one sorry if I dont make sense I typed this really fast
