Does dairy soothe bad cramps?

Anyone else believe that milk or ice cream help soothe cramps or is that just a fat girl myth? 🤗

Noooo dairy can make it worse. Try some peppermint or chamomile tea, heating pads, ibuprofen, and I know this sounds crazy but someone told me to drink pickle juice and girl it WORKS. Avoid caffeine !
