Has anyone delivered at Kaiser during COVID!?

Please give us all the details! Did they make you wear a mask during labor? Are there any issues if your support partner needs to leave and come back?

They will test you for covid right away.  As long as you're good, no mask. They will only allow one person with you.  At my Kaiser, my husband couldn't leave and come back.  He had to stay with me the whole time.  They also wouldn't let anyone go to the cafeteria.  They'll let you order and deliver food to your room.

Our Kaiser partners with a local hospital here. I was allowed one person with me, no other visitors. Hubby was allowed to come and go, which helped as our plans for our 9 year old got shaky due to a death in the family of the person who was going to stay with her.
They did not make me wear a mask much at all. Only in public hallways. Not in pre-op, during the c-section, or in our private room after. Hubby had to put his on if he left the room.

I delivered at kaiser but their women’s center was a different building 
Had to get temps checked and wear masks until we were in our own room
My fiancé could leave the hospital to get food & come back
