Numbness in hands and feet with headache?

I am 35+2 today. I woke up a few hours ago feeling just groggy as usual. But now for the past hour I have had numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. They feel sore as though swollen but there isn’t really any obvious swelling. I also have a headache that comes in waves and feels like the pressure of being underwater or having sinus infection (but don’t have one).
I have had very normal blood pressure my whole pregnancy and was just checked on Friday to be 120/79. No rapid weight gain and no GD. 
Anyone have these sort of symptoms? Is it normal?

I’d talk to your OB too. In the meantime, make sure your drinking lots of fluids and aren’t dehydrated which can bring on so many symptoms. We require SO much water during pregnancy & the frequent bathroom trips mean that most pregnant women are dehydrated to avoid them

Numbness and tingling in hands could be normal as carpal tunnel is common in late pregnancy. I'm not sure about the feet though... I'd be calling your OB to ask what they'd like you to do.

I’ve had all these symptoms, and for some reason they all seem to cluster together on certain days.  Then other days I feel better.  I always mention symptoms to my midwife, and so far she says everything is normal.  I’d ask your provider too.
