We used ovulation tests and preseed. We were only able to do 1 insemination, but we got pregnant right away.

Ovulation tests,  we used a known donor for like 5 months and then found another who had his sperm tested and was an extremely healthy man, it took the first cycle with him. Make sure you're taking your prenatals.
