Hi!

I don’t know if the cup has something to do with it or just made me more conscious of my period, but here is the deal:

I tend to bleed or spot (what is actually the difference?) for 1 day about 3 or 5 days before my expected 1st day. Then it stops for about 2..3 days... no cramps no nothing and then my period re starts normally, usually with light cramps and sore legs on my 1st “normal bleeding day”.

What is “normal” for me? constant fresh blood and mild cramps that warn me to run to the bathroom because day 1 is here 🤣.

Usually the blood I get days before looks old, but idk if it is really old or it gets old by the time i notice it... it usually gets me by surprise, so yes 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s like being 13 again, staining my underwear, i just hate it!

Has anyone experienced something similar?? My doctor said it is nothing to be worried, but still... i just want to know if anyone experiences this.
