So I’m paranoid rn and ever since one of my friends who was getting her period monthly was 5 months pregnant. (she only found if she was pregnant when she had went to get a blood test done)

Now I want to take a pregnancy test to make sure I’m not pregnant. So my question is if I’m still getting my period every month can I still take a pregnancy test and it could show either it postive or negative. OR should I go to the doctor?
