Baby’s head is completely engaged so we couldn’t even see her face lol but her little fist and foot are so cute 🥰 Estimated that she weighs 7lb 3oz but that could be really inaccurate the ultrasound tech told me. Dilated to a 1 and 50% effaced...OB could feel her head when she checked me 😂 Come on baby girl!!!
