Conception Inositol and vitex

Has anyone ever taken these? I’ve been taking them two weeks tomorrow and 7 days ago I had some very light pink spotting (I haven’t had a period since April) honestly I probably wouldn’t have even noticed the spotting, but I put my menstrual cup in because I felt like I was going to start. Since then I haven’t had any spotting and still haven’t started my period. I guess what I’m trying to ask is has anyone ever taken these and had the same thing happen? And has anyone had any success taken these? Or does anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks in advance!
