Throwing up blood ?

I been having horrible acid reflex since the beginning of the third trimester. its gotten to the point i cant eat without throwing up from the discomfort and well i just threw up some blood.. i was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? And if i should worry?

Is it bright red? Does it look like coffee grinds? Is it just a tinge of blood? Need more info...

I had this until my baby dropped. It was my throat being singed. The only thing that ever helped me was quitting eating 3-4 hours before bed and propping my bed up.

Could be bleeding from your throat from becoming so raw from throwing up stomach acid. I had hyperemesis when pregnant with my son, and after the first few weeks of constant vomiting my throat became raw and would bleed. It would be red, not a whole lot of blood but enough to notice.
