Sleeping tips for 13 week old

I have a 13 week old who wakes up 1-3 times per night (7:30/8-6:30/7am). I put him down with the same nightly routine between 7:30 and 8pm. He sleeps with a sound machine on, bed raised about 20*. He is on soy formula due to reflux and allergies. He will wake up at 2am, drink 4oz, up again every 2-3 hrs after until 6:30/7am. I’ve tried dream feeds to get him to sleep

Longer and it actually does the opposite. He has had reflux and tummy issues/colicky. Suggestions on what to do.... should I continue to get up with him whenever he wakes assuming when his body is ready to sleep from 7:3-6:30am he will, or do I try a sleep training method?

I do feel like he is starting to teeth so I feel torn. His tummy at times is very unpredictable with lots of gas pain etc despite what I try. With him drinking 4oz with every waking I feel like he needs to eat? I work full time and daycare keeps him on a good eat, play, sleep schedule with full feeds.... it just makes getting up at 5am for work tough. I just wanted an easy baby who slept wonderfully from 4 weeks on 😫... a mama can dream, right?!
