Periods

Birth control really fucked my body up, my periods used to be regular all the time but my bf was always nutting in me and I hadn’t got pregnant once & that’s had been going on for about a year . I then got on the depo shot just Incase and when I stopped it I bled constantly for a whole month . Finally my periods were regular and on time for 5 months & now these past 2 periods have been 6-7 days late . I’m currently 3 days late right now . Does this possibly mean I can’t have kids? Everything I’ve read has said something about this being a side effect of infertility .
