Trying to conceive this month
Should I start taking prenatal vitamins now? I ovulated yesterday and hoping this month I get pregnant. I tracked my ovulation with OPK’s so I’m not just tracking with this app.
*edit I forgot to mention I was taking prenatal vitamins for about 3 months but then stopped because we moved.
