In California you can do the NIPT after 11 weeks and before 15 weeks and you will get results in about a week. Or you can see the genitals in an ultrasound at your 20 weeks anatomy scan or by 18 weeks at a private center where you pay for them to find the gender through an ultrasound

20 weeks ultrasound at the doctors unless I got to a ultrasound boutique and do one at around 14 weeks. My insurance doesn’t cover the genetic testing that includes the sex and I don’t trust myself to do a sneak peek test without accidentally contaminating it (there are 3 males in my house).

There is a website called sneak peak. They test for any male chromosomes in your blood as little as 8 weeks and they give you your babies gender the next day
