Scar tissue = more blood loss?

I had a csection with my son 3 years ago and am now pregnant again considering a repeat csection. I read someone’s post on a Facebook group that said she had a lot of scar tissue from her first and lost a lot of blood during her second csection. This has me super nervous bc I’m pretty sure I have some scar tissue to deal with. Does scar tissue always means lots of blood loss?! Has anyone had lots of scar tissue and had no complications?
