I am 40 years old, never been pregnant, and i have endometriosis, fibroids, and a cyst on my right ovary. I was scheduled to have surgery TODAY to remove the endo scar tissue,the fibroids and the cyst. As I’m waiting to be taken back for surgery the nurse comes back and says “you are pregnant!” This is a blessing beyond measure! I am so happy! Buuuttt...

Question: has anyone been in this situation or a situation similar to mine? I just am worried about the cyst because it is 6 cm and on my left ovary. Will the baby affect it in a positive or negative way? I know it will help the endometriosis symptoms subside but i am concerned about the fibroids(i have 5) and how things will go with the pregnancy as i am already high risk due to my age.
