Skin tags?

Does anyone else struggle with skin tags? I had one around my eye and also on my neck and back. I know they are purely cosmetic but they just make me feel so gross and unappealing... 
If you have gotten rid of your skin tags, what have you done to get rid of them?

I weirdly get them in my armpits. I got a skin tag removal kit off amazon with the elastics. They fell right off in just a few days

I have a skin tag on my face just below my mouth. I’ve gotten some comments as a child/teen (“Is that food on your chin?” “Eww what is that?”), but it hasn’t stopped me from having sex, loving relationships, and being loved and appreciated in general. I feel insecure about it sometimes, and I’ve thought about removing it, but I think it’s part of what makes me special because it’s like a unique signature of me & my body.
And anybody who would not love you for a natural part of your skin doesn’t deserve you anyway. ❤️🔥Hope this helps. Hugs
