Career help!!

So I’m in 11th grade this year and I have to start making my decision on what I want to study. Problem is, I can’t choose between to very different careers. One is medicine and the other is film (animation) . I LOVE both very much, as I am very interested in helping people and like getting a injured person and just help them. But I’m also really into animating and I love making films to see people’s emotion or reactions, and also I really like drawing and I’ve been doing it for years now. I know I have a year left to decide but still I want to be ready with my choice and not be pressured by it in the end. My parents just tell me to choose the one l love but that’s what I can’t do, because I love both. I’m planing on getting to go see a surgery to really see if I like it , and I’ve been practicing animation this year which I learned I really loved. What should I do? What advice can you give me?
