So after anxiously waiting for the anatomy scan (20+3), we still have no real news on the sex.

I'm super happy our little one is growing as expected and healthy, but the sonographer spent only maybe 30 seconds trying to look down there - no legs crossed or anything like that. She only said "well, i don't see anything there, but who knows!". Left the doctor's office sooo bummed!!!

Then, to make it worse, i tried booking a scan at a private clinic and they flat out refused to book it just to find the sex. I was told that's not a valid reason for a scan - was bummed before, now I'm just downright pissed off!

Has anyone had a similar experience? I know this sounds silly for some, and the most important thing really is that my baby is healthy, but it's a big deal for me and I've been in a sour mood all day!
