Can you tell the difference from a kick and them moving?

Also when they stick out/press on your belly how do you know what it is? Like a foot , hand, arm, butt lol you probably can't tell but just wondering

I can definitely tell the difference between my babies kicking me/punching me, rolling, or just moving around/wiggling. I'm 23 weeks 2 days with twin boys. I can't feel which body part whether it's feet/hands, etc. but I can feel my stomach and usually feel where their little heads are, sometimes a butt depending on what kind of position they are in.

I can definitely tell the difference between kicks and her just moving around. Up until recently I was feeling mostly kicks/punches but this week especially I can feel movement. I'm almost 24 weeks at this point. I have no idea what she's hitting me with as far as feet or hands lol

You can definitely tell when they're moving side to side. When the baby is big enough you'll be able to feel them rolling around and be able to tell. As far as knowing what they're pushing out with, I could never tell.

I can also tell the difference. As for body parts, my doctor has been feeling my belly for a few weeks now and he's been head down and was confirmed head down at his ultrasound yesterday at 34 weeks so I can tell when he's sticking his butt out lol. The ultrasound tech even said he was and I was like oh I know! When I feel movement lower I know it's his hands by his face but may even be his feet cuz he likes to have his feet in his face also lol.

I'm 35 weeks and oh yeah! I can tell the difference! Kicks sometimes hurt. Jabs too! When he rolls or moves it just feels weird. I still can't tell what's what, but I can tell if it's head or feet when he's kicking on one side and pushing up on the other.
