Daily flossing & brushing will absolutely help w your gingivitis. Make sure you are doing both correctly. Your dental provider or even hygenist would be more than happy to show you if needed. Remember, they are in the industry because they want to help people take care of & save their teeth.

Yes! Make sure you floss first, (at night) then brush and then rinse! I have reversible gum disease and that is what my dentist told me to do. Brush in the morning and then floss, brush, rinse at night! EVERYDAY! Mine also recommended an electric toothbrush with a small head but that's to get behind my wisdom teeth, if you don't have a problem reaching around with a normal toothbrush then you're good!
I go back in January to see if we have fixed the problem, when do you go back?
