Do you do kick counting the baby everyday?

Has you doctor mandated you to do kick counting everyday

I only kick count if I feel like it’s been a long time since he moved or I don’t remember the last time he moved

My doctor has me counting 10 movements then mark the 11th..i have 3 other children this is my 4th and first time I've been ask..im 38 years old so I'm not sure if its because I'm older

I use this app & track most nights.  I usually track when he’s typically very active.
