Are your periods usually heavy or light?

Heavy bleeding runs in my family so I bleed really heavy, and have been since I was 10! How about you ladies?

Currently pregnant, but mine have always been extremely heavy. Like... those purple Always pads heavy! 
I was on a low hormone BC lasst year though and it helped me sooo much. 
It was the second time being on BC, the first time I was on it, it got way worse. 
But it takes some finding the best bc to get on to find a good one for your body.

I usually have one day of heavy bleeding and then gradually moves to medium to light. Only 4 days long thankfully 👏🏼
