I breastfed with my first and feel like I forgot how to do it. 😅

Im a stay at home mom but I want to have a stash in case I go back to work or so I can donate as well. I plan on using my haakaa to collect let downs with each breastfeeding. When do I start to pump? I used to pump after each feed to full empty my breasts. I have issues with clogged ducts and has mastitis twice with my first LO.

Do I only pump 3 times a day? After every feed or 30 minutes after every feed?

I breasfed my first for 10 months but my supply was usually erratic and had to supplement often which Im not wanting to do with this one if I can avoid it.
