My period ended ten days ago, now I'm bleeding again. I've been bleeding for 3 days, why? I'm so tired of my body, always something.

Is this another period? I've never have two periods a month before, I've had super long ones but not this. I'm thinking it's because if stress but I've been worse before and this has never happened. The day it started I was feeling so uncomfortable about everything and very emotional. I'm not sure if i was like that because I was going to be bleeding again or me being like that caused it.

It's very bright red blood, not brown and old or light pink. It looks like normal period blood, it has a lot of pieces in it tho. I can't see a Dr, I do not have insurance and cat afford it.
