I'm 36 weeks 4 days pregnant and went to see my midwife. She checked my cervix which wasn't as painful or uncomfortable as I remember it and I wasn't dilated but my cervix is very soft and I'm thinned out some. So hopefully baby boy is here by his due date if not I have until 41 weeks or they automatically induce me. She made my 41 week induction appointment today to make sure that I can get in to have him by that time. I've never been induced and I don't want to be induced. Im going for a natural, unmedicated birth and pitocin will cause me to get an epidural. So I'm hoping and praying he comes out around his due date and I can do the natural birth that I want.
