BBT help

I started to try to bbt this month but I am a very poor sleeper. I wake up multiple times a night and sometimes I feel like I’m half a wake / half asleep tossing and turning for a while before I realize I should have already taken my temperature. Is anyone else in this same boat? Should I just do the best I can even if I’m not getting 3 hours consecutive sleep before waking or if I’m not waking same time every day?
