I have the exact same thing happening! 10 dpo and random twinges on the lower left side of my pelvis. Negative test today though so who knows. I got my bfp with my son at 10dpo sooo 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I cramped all the way up to my predicted period day this month then I tested on the 11th and got positive on 7 test. So for me it was def that
