Microwave popcorn?

Is it safe to eat? I've heard mixed things.

Microwave popcorn is one of the most unhealthy things you can eat, it's packed with harmful chemicals. I bought popcorn kernels and I make mine on the stove, it's delicious!

No microwave popcorns are NOT okay. They have been removed from the shelves from many stores in Europe because of the danegerous chemicals in the bags.

I make my own popcorn with kernels in a paper sandwich bag in a microwave and add some melted butter and salt :) yum

I eat it a few times a week. I don't see what the problem with it would be. It's yummy :)

Pop it yourself, there is a chemical around the bags that go in the microwave. I like the popcorn you shake on the burner where the foil expands (can't think of name)
