Could this be implantation bleeding

My husband and I have been trying to conceive. I have PCOS and it’s hard to know when I’m ovulating because my periods are irregular. I’ve been having this type of bleeding when I wipe. It happened on Tuesday when I wiped, nothing on Wednesday, and just now Thursday when I wiped. I’m not having any heavy bleeding and no indications that my period is actually going to come. Is it too early to test?
