I need help.

So my periods are regular 28 days. Well this period started early (((which is normal for it to start earlier than expected.))) Well this period has been soooo light. It’s been like this for 5 days. What could this be. Trying for a baby. So I just want to know if this is my period? If it’s not what is it?? Please help
